Dear Adelanto Elementary School District Community:

I am honored to address you as the Interim Superintendent of the Adelanto Elementary School
District. As we embark on this journey together, I want to reaffirm my commitment to
supporting and advancing the vision of our Board and District.

Our collective goal is to ensure that each day is approached with unwavering commitment,
confidence, and compassion. These values are not merely words; they are the foundation upon
which we will build a thriving educational environment. As a transformative leader, I am
dedicated to being vision-driven, fair, collaborative, consistent, transparent, and respectful in
all our endeavors.

I firmly believe that in order for us to truly THRIVE, we must create a culture where every voice
is heard and every individual is valued. This approach fosters an atmosphere where everyone
feels empowered to contribute and engage. To quote an insightful perspective, "Empowering
those around you to be heard and valued makes the difference between a leader who simply
instructs and one who inspires." This quote perfectly encapsulates the type of leadership I
aspire to provide.
